When should I arrive?

Arrival

Plan to arrive in Charleston, SC on Wednesday November 5th no later than 4pm. Depending on traffic, a car ride to the hotel can take 20-30 minutes. Our Welcome Reception will begin at 6pm EST. Feel free to arrive earlier, get settled, and enjoy the sights nearby!

When should I depart?

Departure

Please plan to depart on Friday November 7th anytime after 11am. Thursday we will have a full day of content with a special offsite visit in the evening that you won't want to miss.
