When should I arrive?

Arrival

Plan to arrive at Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL airport code) on Wednesday April 9th by 3pm at the latest. Depending on traffic, a car ride to the hotel can take 15-35 minutes. Our Welcome Reception will begin at 5:30pm. Feel free to arrive earlier, get settled, and enjoy the sights nearby!

When should I depart?

Plan to depart after 12:30pm on Friday April 11th.

Where You'll Be

The summit will be held at Pier Sixty-Six Marina. We have negotiated special discounted rates with the resort for our group - including a $200 government rate. These are offered on a first come first serve basis.

Must show government credentials for discounted rate of $200/night.
