When should I arrive?

Arrival

Plan to arrive at Louis Armstrong New Orleans Airport (MSY airport code) on Wednesday November 20th by 4pm at the latest. Depending on traffic, a car ride to the hotel can take 20-35 minutes. Our Welcome Reception will begin at 6pm. Feel free to arrive earlier, get settled, and enjoy the sights nearby!

When should I depart?

Departure

Feel free to depart anytime on Friday November 22nd.

Where You'll Be

The summit will be held at The Windsor Court. We have negotiated special discounted rates with the resort for our group. These are offered on a first come first serve basis. These rates will expire by November 8th. So book soon!

Must show government credentials for discounted rate of $200/night.

Take in the stunning New Orleans skyline as we embark on an evening cruise. Enjoy a delectable dinner with live music, and connect with fellow leaders against the backdrop of the city lights and river breeze.

  • We will depart the hotel at 6:30pm

  • Ship sails at 7:00pm and we will be back at the hotel after 9:30pm
