The summit will be held at The Resort at Pelican Hill. We have negotiated special discounted rates with the resort for our group. These are offered on a first come first serve basis. These rates will expire by April 5th. So book soon!

When should I arrive?

Arrival

Our welcome reception will begin Wednesday at 6pm. Please allow yourself ample travel time. Check in at the hotel at 4pm, but they will do their best to accommodate our group for early arrivals.

When should I depart?

Departure

We will continue programming on Friday. Please plan to stay with the group and close out the event at 11:30am. Allow yourself time to arrive and check in at the airport for flights that depart AFTER 2pm local time
